I am assigned in making the Detailed Engineering Design and Program of Works. I am also the project onsite engineer of the project that I make. I have completed several Multi-Purpose Building, Warehouses and Multi-purpose Drying Pavements.

Led detailed engineering design and produced Bills of Quantities and Programs of Work for multiple projects, including multi-purpose buildings, warehouses, and drying pavements. Served as on-site project engineer managing contractors, suppliers, and day-to-day construction activities to ensure on-time delivery. Coordinated with end-users and stakeholders to finalize design changes, reducing change orders by clarifying requirements early. Prepared progress reports, cost estimates, and scope documents; supported procurement and quality inspections. Tools & technologies used: AutoCAD, SketchUp, and MS Excel for BOQs and schedules.
