• Implement and monitor Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs) for a residential township project comprising 6 towers (G+18) and alli ed
infrastructure, valued at approx. INR 950 million.
• Conduct daily site inspections for formwork, reinforcement, and concrete pours; raise and track Non-Conformance Reports
(NCRs) to closure, maintaining a recurrence rate below 3%.
• Witness and verify materials testing (concrete cubes, cement, aggregates, steel reinforcement, water) at site and NABL
accredited third-party laboratories, in line with relevant IS Codes.
• Maintain project quality documentation — inspection checklists, method statements, and material submittals — ensuring full
traceability for client and PMC audits.
• Coordinate with the clients PMC/consultant during stage inspections; streamlined documentation flow, cutting average
inspection turnaround time by roughly 20%.
• Support internal ISO 9001:2015 audits and assist in preparing corrective and preventive action (CAPA) plans for the project
Quality Management System.

• Joined as a Graduate Engineer Trainee on a 10-storey commercial complex; progressively took ownership of quality-related
tasks alongside general site engineering duties.
• Performed rebar, formwork, and pre/post-concreting inspections against approved drawings and specifications, ensuring
compliance with the approved concrete mix design.
• Prepared daily quality reports, punch lists, and photographic records for management and client review.
• Assisted the QA/QC Manager in developing project-specific checklists and in on boarding new site staff to quality procedures.
• Liaised with the site laboratory for slump tests, cube sampling, and curing verification; maintained test registers for audit
readiness.
