• Recruit, train and develop a high performing, well-motivated team of therapists who deliver consistently high standards
• Define and implement service standards, systems and procedures
• Deliver a high standard of treatments personally
• Perform all treatments according to protocol; with skill, proficiency and pleasant demeanor
• Establish and maintain good relationships with spa staff and guests
• Take inventory, order and maintain spa equipment, tools and other necessary instruments
• Maximize spa profitability through:
Promoting sales, in house and in conjunction with marketing & reservations

Very high quality treatments which are superbly and consistently delivered, and good value for money
Strong retail sales
• The ability to cover reception as require and for opening and closing to prepare a daily payroll report
• New ideas and promotion to generate revenue ( retail and treatment)

• Maintain up to date knowledge of and work in compliance with relevant Spa procedure

• Make requisitions for work stationary in timely manner, Advise the spa manager of any shortage
• Actively contribute to communication and problem solving within team, work as constructive member
