Service Manager for western Saudi Arabia.

Managed the service department for the Komatsu dealer in Republic of Ireland.
The position of Service Manager involved running a Nationwide Field Service operation with temporary locations in other european locations.
Dealing with customers regards breakdown and repairs of machines, an initial diagnosis over the phone, then order parts/ schedule engineers and follow the call through to completion of work done to invoicing the customer for payment.
Dealing with customer queries regarding work on the machine, invoice queries, warranty entitlement and any other queries.
Also the management of Komatsu issued Field Campaigns to ensure they are carried out in an efficient and timely manner and within Komatsu specified times.
Setting up, Maintaining and Monitoring, weekly, monthly and yearly targets.

Managing a small team in the supply of afermarket filters, Undercarraige, and fast moving plant machinery parts to the construction industry.
Also the repair and maintenance of Hydraulic components from Pump and cylinder overhauls to Hoses.
My introduction to plant machinery, Learning all aspects of plant maintenance under the guidance of a government recognised awarded technician.
