 Prepare & analyze POS & Franchise daily, monthly and yearly statistics and reports.
 Prepare new business requirements and changes needed for existing & new systems.
 Monitor POS and Franchise unit productivity, effectiveness and quality of work produced.
 Ensure timely and accurate reporting of POS and Franchise unit objectives & achievements.
 Execute site visits to the Korek and Franchise POSs on regular basis.
 Ensure that the CVM (Customer Visit Management) is implemented in all POS’s and ensure a
proper use of the machine according to company rules and regulations.
 Manage the POS stationary stock and stationary orders.
 Ensure that all POS systems are working properly, coordinate with the related technical teams in
case of any technical issue.
 Evaluate staff performance and attendance.
Sales Activities
 Acquisition sales target monitoring on daily, weekly & monthly bases.
 Offer sales target monitoring on daily, weekly & monthly bases.
 Manage periodical meetings with regions to evaluate the sales performance and set necessary
action plans to improve sales.
Projects
 Set project plans for all POS and Franchise projects.
 Monitor the execution of POS and Franchise projects according to the set project time plans.
 Coordinate with all the internal and external project stakeholders.
 Coordinate with commercial project management unit during all stages of project
implementation.
Workforce planning & Management
 Plan the opening and closing hours of Korek and Franchise POS’s in coordination with POS and
Franchise managers and according to business needs.
 Ensure a fair rotation plan between POS staff.
 Manage weekend and holiday scheduling.
 Manage airports schedule and working plan.
 Mobile POS schedule management.
Stock Management
 Manage and control POS stock according to processes.
 Ensure that all POS’s are always provided with sufficient stock and manage stock orders.
 Ensure that the physical stock is always similar to the system stock and Finance records by
running periodical stock inventories.
POS & Franchise processes
 Prepare and develop POS work process, procedures and policies.
 Ensure that all the POS & Franchise teams follow the processes.
Franchise Unit
 Ensure that all Franchise POS’s are delivering the same level of service as Korek POS’s
 Ensure that all Franchise POS’s are managed properly by the main dealers in coordination with
Franchise manager
 Ensure that company Franchise targets are achieved
 Manage the evaluation of Franchise shops and teams in coordination with Franchise manager

Outline:
Managing both Roaming and interconnection (local/international) divisions. Assuring best
implementation of company strategy in this domain. To represent Korek in International related events
and helping in building excellent business image for Korek in International Telecom business community.
Key Responsibilities:
 Managing negotiations with roaming partners for IOT discounts to minimize the cost of
outbound roaming and maximize inbound roaming revenues.
 Managing relations with domestic and international interconnection partners.
 Supporting Marketing in building solid retail offers for Roaming and International business.
 Analyzing wholesale traffic trends and following up QoS reports of Roaming, International and
Interco.
 Managing the relations with Roaming and International service providers.
 Help in building company strategy for Interco, International and roaming and setting objectives
and plans to achieve objectives.
 Coordinating and following up with related departments technical, finance and RAFD directors
to ensure the best performance and service delivery in Interco, International and roaming
domains.
 Managing internal processes and procedures of cross functional responsibilities between own
department and other Korek departments.
 Building cost and ROI analysis for acquiring needed tools to run the Interco, International and
roaming business.
 Managing the relations with regulatory and governmental entities in Interco, International and
roaming domains.
 Managing the process of reporting to different internal entities.
 Managing the process of handling CRM raised complains in Interco, International and roaming
domain to ensure best customer satisfaction results.

Outline:
Managing the wholesale Business status & Revenue trends of Interconnection Links between the
company and competitors including: continuity, availability, QoS, Financial settlement, Revenue
Broadcasting...etc.
Key Responsibilities:
 Monitoring the domestic partner links status on daily basis like utilization, congestion and traffic
trends. In addition, working with related department (core operation, Planning…etc.) in case of
having issues.
 Implementing end-to-end partner agreements for Domestic as well as International partners,
Dispute Management, Partner Relation Management, Integration to 3rd party systems and
external interfaces like: Finance, Legal etc…
 Maintain the legal framework with Interconnection partners (Domestic and international),
updating the required clauses when needed.
 Manage and coordinate all the resources and activities required to fulfill internal and external
interconnection plans.
 Ensure that complete set of procedures and work instructions related to the QoS department
are in place, including reporting mechanism and keeping records
 Managing SMS International traffic; implementing beneficial routing cases among SMS HUBs,
monitoring the traffic status, gathering report for both (Successful and unsuccessful) traffic,
troubleshooting the issue, checking the filters and rules of SMS firewall, revising the routing
cases periodically.
 Ensure that complete set of procedures and work instructions related to the QoS department are
in place, including reporting mechanism and keeping records.
 Following up the Financial reconciliation between different interconnect Business Partner
 Root cause analysis for Revenue gap & follow up
 Revenue reporting for different interconnection operators.
 Cross functional activities with internal departments (e.g.: Revenue Assurance, Finance, IT,
Legal)
 Assure proper configuration of new short code, number series, and tariff for Business partner.
 Management reporting & revenue trend analysis.
 Escalate fraudulent activity & customers complain received from customers to concern
departments.

Outline:
Responsible for monitoring and following CTIO office projects in different field: Transmission, circuit
switch, and IT infrastructure. In addition, supervising wholesale interconnection network.
Key Responsibilities:
 Gathering project requirements based on CTO plans.
 Communicate the requirements with the vendors.
 Benchmarking all vendors offers, and implement process of (Vendor Selection)
 Follow up the issues along the implementation of the project.
 Handover the project to the related department.
 Build a team for interconnection Department.
 Implement the process of interconnection financial reconciliation with both Management,
finance, Revenue assurance…etc.
 Documenting all the financial reconciliation paper

Key Responsibilities:
 Managing all Service Centers (SVC) of JIBAL Company North, Middle and South of Iraq.
 Benchmarking the daily, weekly, and monthly reports from all branches.
 Managing mobiles Genuine Spare Parts (SPP) assets for the all centers. Responsible for ordering
the SPP and follow up with Samsung Company.
 Participating in all SUMSUNG training (UAE) and knowledge transfer to the other company’s
engineers.
 Evaluating, controlling and monitoring Repairing SVC operation.
 Evaluating all SVC employers, and indicate the level of efficiency and abilities, besides the
improving.
 Making the periodic improving plans of SVC.
