Ecommerce Operations Supervisor
Feel22 is a Lebanese Ecommerce Beauty Retail platform that provides a wide collection of makeup, haircare, skincare, perfumes and other beauty products delivering across the country.
• Overseeing the orders received from e-commerce backend and their fulfilment flow to ensure abiding by the Business rules and expectations.
• Following up on the delivery process and ensuring timely delivery.
• Overviewing the return process, product replacement and refunds being executing in accordance with the company’s RMA process.
• Maintaining and improving warehouse floor plans in order to improve processes efficiency.
• Detecting discrepancies in stock levels from the different platforms used when receiving stock and cycle counting
and working on sorting them out.
• Overseeing inventory stocks and products reports to communicate with the Purchasing department and upper level managers on best-selling, slow-moving, near to expiry and other categories in order to ensure proper replenishment.
• Working closely with the Buying Team on POs according to company’s available stock, promotion plans and scheduled marketing campaigns.
• Preparing Operation, Inventory and Performance reports and communicating them with the management in order to improve quality and productivity.
• Evaluating and recommending process improvements concerning packing, inventory, delivery and packaging.
• Proposing best solutions instantly in the company’s fast-paced dynamic environment.
• Training employees and informing them about all new products, brands and services.
• Coordinating with the marketing team concerning new campaigns and collaborations.
• Attending trainings about brands, new products and new online services.
• Engaging in the final stages of the Operation’s team Recruitment process.
• Supervising Employees and maintaining coverage of a 15-hour schedule all through the week.
• Evaluating employee’s performance and motivating them to ensure optimal performance.
