• Collaborating with various business heads to learn and understand the talent requirements for various banking departments, and accordingly strategizing plans to overcome existing gaps.
• Cultivating effective relationships with all line managers in order to understand and gauge the training requirements of staff members working in their respective units.

• Handled end-to-end banking operations for High Volume and Category A branches in UAE, including the Dubai Mall Branch and Sheikh Zayed Road Branch.
• Initiated and implemented the concept of 10 AM to 10 PM (12-hour) banking in Mashreq, and facilitated cash operations for all customers.
• Ascertained consistency and accuracy in the bank’s accounting records, and met reporting requirements of the Central Bank, Local Management and Head Office.
• Deployed robust operational policies and procedures at all branches, implemented effective internal controls to ensure compliance with the same.
• Conducted periodic reviews of existing processes, identified improvement areas, and suggested operational changes to respective branches.
