Started as Sales Engineer with NOV, later took up the Sales and Operations role.
Responsible for the Sales, Business Operations, Projects, day to day Workshop Operations, Contracts, Asset management, Manufacturing Plant operations .
Ø Incharge of BD, Projects, Service Workshop, Entire NOV Product Lines & Chemicals.
Ø Drive Sales, Management Review Sessions, Setting KPIs, Identifying NCRs & CAs..
Ø Preparation of specifications for new and upgrade of existing Contracts, CAPEX, TQM, Manuals, Procedures & Quality Management Systems for smooth functioning of the Operations.
Ø Coordinating with client - consultant- contractors, maintain cordial relationships with them.
Ø Carrying out Preventive Maintenance, Failure Investigation Trend & Risk. Analysis
Ø Meet Customers, Improve Sales, Marketing Strategies, Upsell to new Clients, Presentations, Future Business Development Objectives and Targets, KPI and Business Models.
Ø Train & coordinate the Management Review Meetings, Quality sessions with the facility leads.
Ø Report to the EHO Director regarding the Sales, Performance, Quality and Reliability of all the Downhole Chemicals, machineries such as overhead Cranes, Pressure Monitoring equipments, Downhole Motors, Torquemaster etc

Joined Emerson as Metering Engineer, later was promoted handling entire Projects.
Ø Preparation of specification for new and upgrade of existing Oil & Gas metering systems.
Ø Responsible for Sales, Contracts, Responsible for Installations & commissioning of the Rotating Equipments, Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, Measurement and power systems.
Ø Responsible for Maintenance, Commissioning, QA/QC, Reliability of Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, Measurement equipments, Valves, Flowmeters and Static Equipments.
Ø Service and Technical Support of Valves, Flow Meters, Actuators, Fluid Analysis devices, Roxar, Rosemount and Danial brands of Emerson product lines.
Ø Inspection, Perform data monitoring and verification, Risk assessment
Ø Review Design drawing form client and prepare technical specification sheet, loop diagrams.
Ø Review of work progress, preparing monthly/weekly/daily report, setting priorities and
developing construction sequences, CMMS, IBM Maximo software.
Ø Liaise with procurement and logistics to deliver equipment /materials on time
Ø I have acted as Manager-Operations & Service for the department on various Projects during the absence of my manager.
Ø Clients include BP, Shell, CNR, Talisman, TAQA etc

Ø Sales, Installation, commissioning & Service of the diagnosis equipment, visit the various sites of installation, technical supervision for the conduct of work.
Ø Responsible for the entire Asset Management, Operations, Supplier/Vendor Evaluations Audits and conduct of the junior engineers and technicians and modulating their scope of work.
Ø Coordinates with the person in-charge and plays the role of a Team Leader in conducting and Commissioning of Safety Equipments at various client sites.
Ø Coordinate Quality meeting, Technical Evaluation, TQM and Training Sessions with the Project engineer and other concerned staff with regard to the operation and its way of conduct.
Ø The complete laying out of the Test Lanes for the Safety Testing, Commissioning to the real demonstrations on standard practises and QMS implementations.
Ø Service and commissioning of MIDTRONICS Conductance Testers and my clients include Reliance Industries India, Exide, Amaron and so on.
