Taking full responsibility of Health, Safety and Environment Issue with coordination of Safety Officer.
Executing construction of Pipe line, Manholes and Roads with respect to the approved contract
drawings.
Cross check Survey works on site.
Coordinating with Client and Consultant.
Raising of "Request for Approval".
Responsible for Preparing Interim and final payment for the Contract work.
Preparing Daily/Weekly/Monthly progress report.
• Achieving construction work like Excavation, foundation (SSM/Column footing), Back filling, PCC/DPC, Brick masonry, Shuttering and RCC, Casting Concrete, plastering, water proofing, fixing of tiles and other joineries, etc.
• Following the architectural and structural drawings independently as per site requirement.
• Bringing necessary changes as per site condition to the notice of Architect and Structural designer
• Inspect civil works including, excavation, filling, concrete and reinforcement for various structural elements, block works, plaster work, etc and resolving technical issue’s with sub-contractors.
• Inspect Road Work in Row house Project: including excavation, filling, Compaction of Sub-grade, Sub-Base and Base Layer(Wet Mix), Top most wearing surface and Checking Side Drain Slopes
• Discussing of Project planning with project manager.
• Taking greater care on Health, Safety and fire issue on site.
• Attending regular meetings with Architect and Structural consultant.
• Controlling / maintaining the quality of construction work.
• Taking stock of material available at the site and Ordering for purchase to the project manager.
• Managing of site documents - Architect drawings, Structural drawings & government approvals.
• To give Presentation (PPT) on work progress.
• Coordinating with client and sub-contractor and material suppliers for work progress.
• Reporting work progress to the Project manager daily and to the Managing director once a week.
• Executing construction work in accordance with the drawings.
• Supervising day to day work and maintain the quality of construction work.
• Taking stock of material available at the site.
• Quantity Estimation.
• Coordinating Site inspection with senior engineer.
• Making necessary changes as per the guidance of Senior/Project engineer, architect and structural consultant.
• Coordinating with client and sub-contractor and material suppliers for work progress.
• Reporting the progress of work to the senior engineer.
To look out day to day work on the construction site (Excavation/marking/raising of super structure).
Stock maintenance of construction material on site.
