• Continually improves IT operations and support model for key business systems to achieve cost effectiveness and higher productivity.

• Organization process re-reviews for the purpose of an ERP implementation (SAP)
• Formulating new concepts to improve IT services by executing different projects as per the requirements
• Deployment of AVAYA PABX (IP) for call center.

• Develops overall IT strategies by consulting with company stake holder and end users.

Roles & Responsibility
• Handling the deployment of Green field’s setup of BSS platform, for retail WiMAX based Internet Integration aspect from other third party application to have a proper end to end flow.
• Involved in the selection of the BSS Billing application company.
• Responsible for the overall redesign and upgrade for Mada pertaining to IT infrastructure.
• Interacting with users of different directorates to understand organization growth objectives and IT infrastructure needs to propose customized technical and cost effective commercial solutions
• Deployment of Virtual Servers, to reduce hardware footprint in the Data center. Presently over 50+ virtual servers with SAN capacity of 30TB. VMWare is used as the virtual backbone
• Deployed DR methodology based on the statuary requirement for ISP’s
• Lead the deployment of billing application for Telco billing, CRESTEL from Elite Core Technologies
• Making sure there is proper 24/7 support to all environments for both BSS as well as backend operation
Major Projects & Achievement
• Implementation of the IT Road Map and achieving the IT Targets. General Administration of the IT Department. The Department constituting two divisions Operations and Development. Team size 9 System Engineers & 3 Application Developers.
• Mapping of Business Processes for various functions & activities and Implement solution across the group for various operations including Trading, Projects & Contracting, Manufacturing and Services.
• Organization process re-reviews for the purpose of an ERP implementation.
• Implemented IT As a Service (ITaaS) concept to make the IT Department as a Profit center within the group. The services and products were put under an SLA.
• Implementation of a new a Network structure for the whole office - base user of +450
• Leading a team of Systems Engineers - 5 No. & Application Developers - 6 No
• Support of around 350+ users site based PC’s (situated in the 3 refineries of Kuwait.)
• Change Management Concept on new ERP software - SAP.
