Worked as a Customer Support Officer and Assistant Cashier with Emirates International Exchange, Dubai, U.A.E from July 2011 till end November 2012. This is a reputed Money Exchange Organization, dealing with Online Money Transactions like Western Union, Speed Remit & Bank Transactions to countries like India, Pakistan, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh, etc. My duties consist of providing customer services like sending money, opening bank accounts, handling cash counter, providing W.P.S. (Wage Protection Systems) to the employees of different Companies.
IN INDIA:-
Worked as a Customer Consultant with M/s. Alert Pay Solutions Pvt. Ltd., Mumbai, India for the period from 13 September 2010 to 5 May 2011. This is a Canadian Company, dealing with Online Money Transactions. The money transactions are being taken place in Canada. I was working as a Customer Consultant in their Back Office branch in Mumbai, India. My duties consist of emailing satisfactory replies to customer queries and providing them with required guidelines.
