- PREPARES HIRE QUOTATION OFFER FOR VARIOUS EQUIPMENT AVAILABLE AND ENSURE TARGET REVENUE IS BEING MEET.

- RESPONSIBLE IN RAISING PURCHASE ORDERS FOR NEW EQUIPMENT AND UPDATING FLEET TRACKING LIST

- PROVIDE EFFECTIVE AND PROACTIVE COORDINATION ACROSS OPERATIONS AND SALES DEVELOPMENT BY MANAGING SCHEDULES, FILING IMPORTANT DOCUMENTS AND COMMUNICATING RELEVANT INFORMATION

- STORE AND SORT FINANCIAL AND NON-FINANCIAL DATA IN ELECTRONIC FORM AND PRESENT REPORT

- INFORMS CLIENT OF UNFORESEEN DELAYS OR PROBLEMS

-ENSURES ADHERANCE TO LAWS AND POLICIES

- ENSURE THE ADEQUACY OF SALES-RELATED EQUIPMENT OR MATERIAL

- PREPARES AND FOLLOWS UP SALES QUOTATION MADE FOR CLIENTS, NEGOTIATING TERMS WITH CLIENT AT A COST BEST SUITED FOR THEM.

- RESPONSIBLE FOR OVERSEEING ANY SUPERCHARGES AND EVALUATING ANY ALTERATIONS TO BOTH EXTERNAL AND INTERNAL STAFF
