• Managing client accounts following the sales handover. Delegate tasks out to the relevant teams for the completion of the implementation process
• Successfully implemented over one hundred client systems, managing between 8-15 live projects simultaneously along with handling the accounts of all the clients, of which I had previously completed project implementation

• Use CRM & ERM systems to identify and initiate contact with potential clients
• Conduct research to identify client needs and create a customized online advertising
package which would be most beneficial to the client
• Meet all existing clients once a month to ensure everything is going smoothly with
their campaigns, provide detailed reports and help make adjustments where seen
necessary
• Prepare proposals, custom presentations and reports for both potential and existing
