• Assemble a high-end gaming desktop computer and test all the parts.

• Deploy all computer and configure to the network, connect all computer to main server.
• Provide thorough support and problem resolution for customer.
• Build and maintain successful relationships with customer.
• Maintain composure and patience in face of difficult customer situations.
• Make a schedule of preventive maintenance for all the computers every 3months, formatting the computer and install new software and update, clean and remove all the dust inside the computer and do some testing to make sure all the computer is running in good condition, replace the parts if found some problem.
• Report direct to the IT Manager regarding the status for all computer.
