I have worked at Azizi Developments as an IT Helpdesk Coordinator. I
provide support troubleshooting to their employees through calls, emails
and Service Desk Plus and assigning tickets to support agents for second
level support. Maintaining asset stock for every request from each
department and generating reports.
Act as a remote desktop technician. Remote computers and perform service like computer tune up, virus removal, antivirus installations and troubleshooting, software installation and troubleshooting, email setup and troubleshooting, printer setup and troubleshooting, and lastly network setup and troubleshooting. Communicate with the client via chat and call.
