Head of Care business: General Manager role for the European business of Nestlè Purina, of Cat & Dog accessories and food/nonfood items for small mammals. Responsibility over business strategy and development. Accountable for the European P&L and performance KPI’s. In charge of all operations including production facilities in Italy.
Head of SEE Markets: Direct responsibility of business in this Region (SEE: Croatia, Slovenia, Bosnia, Serbia, Montenegro, Albania, FYROM, Romania, Bulgaria, Greece, Cyprus, Malta) for the Petfood business of Nestlé Purina. A team of four Country managers, plus their respective teams, are directly managing the markets and reporting to me. My main objective is the set the strategic roadmap for the development of the business.

Leading a team of line managers covering all key business roles: Marketing, Finance, Ensuring Supply and Sales. Main achievement: set up of a direct sales business model in the Greek market.

Country Manager of Romania: Directly accountable for the business development and performance. In charge of the Market P&L and performance KPI’s. Managing a team of line managers covering all business roles: Marketing, Finance, Ensuring Supply and Sales. Main Achievement: business turnaround and set up of a new route to market model.

In charge of all controlling and administrative tasks. Working as co-pilot for the general manager with the objective of driving the business to improve sales and profit performance. Accountable for all budgeting process as well as month end closing and quarterly business reviews. Leading the finance team and admin support functions.
Supply Chain Manager: In charge of upstream to downstream supply chain aspects. Leading a team of demand and supply planners, to ensure high levels of service to customers while minimizing cost to serve.
Business Performance Manager

As part of the board of directors of the newly established CEE (Central Eastern European) Region, I was in charge of enabling the creation of shared and common processes across the markets (Hungary, Poland, Czech, Slovak, Romania, Bulgaria, ex-Yugo). Managing all projects aiming at establishing route to market models within the Region. In charge of the definition of the common brand and product portfolio within the CEE.

Acting as co-pilot for the General manager for the “export Markets”. Ensuring all financial reporting as well as forecasting processes. Leading a small team of two controllers plus coordination of the controllers based in the export markets.
