• Assisting IT operation manager in planning and executing day to day activities
• Supporting on the implementation of IT projects across the organization such as M365 cloud migration
• Providing IT support for 50+ employees in our HQ as well as 150+ across 5 remote offices within Middle East (KSA, Jordan & Iraq)
• Supporting windows platform clients in various activities such as building OS, troubleshooting incidents, recovering data, and installing/configuring applications
• Ensuring a secure environment by leveraging on our security suite McAfee, Palo Alto, Cisco
• Providing support for multiple Cisco products (Jabber, WebEx, AnyConnect, IPT)
• Leading on the resolution of 300+ IT incidents per month and achieving SLA targets
• Coordinating with higher level support team to achieve incidents resolution
• Managing a 250+ IT asset inventory, by maintaining stock levels, performing yearly audits, and working with procurement to replenish stocks
• Managing joiners/leavers process by making sure their IT set-up is available/retrieved on time
• Providing L0 IT support for various clienteles
• Supporting customers on windows OS platform
