- Being a part of the opening of Twin Set branch in Abu Dhabi and one more section in Galleries Lafayette which is
direct under my supervision.
- Responsible for making sure that all store policies, procedures, and controls are followed.
- Coordinate and oversee the planning, organizing, and delegating of work among staff.
- Demonstrates desired behaviors for staff including driving sales, handling difficult, complicated sales, cash
management and inventory.
- Assists our brand Manager in partnering with corporate office personnel to increase sales, drive and promote merchandise categories, and expand markets.
- Motivating and inspiring their team to achieve store productivity goals.
-Analyze week to date, period to date, and year to date sales, and develop action plans to drive top line sales.
- Managing payroll budgets to ensure store’s contribution is on target, ensuring the individual and collective skills of the team are utilized effectively, and both the staff and customer experience is positive.
- Hired trained and coached staff to ensure maximum performance within the store.
- Preparing and finalizing twin set reports for my shop on daily basis, and handling the monthly reports for the whole branches.
- Manage proper and attractive merchandise display followed by our guideline to ensure strategic placement of products that maximized purchases.
- Supporting full operation in the store from staff organization, general administration to inventory management and maintenance coordination.
- Providing new joiners with full training on product knowledge, sales techniques, visual merchandising. -Assisting the Sales Manager in leading, directing and motivating the sales team in order to achieve the overall sales objectives.
- Supporting the development of the new joiners, product knowledge and sales skills through effective training and coaching.
- Assisting the Store Manager in providing a professional and excellent level of customer service with existing and new customers.
Dubai Senior sales
- Handle customer issues, resolution and communicate escalated issues to the Sales Manager.
- Provide monthly qualitative and quantitative business reports, reports showing Sales % and attendance etc.
- Cross selling other shops that belong to the company.
