-Review drawing plans, specification, site conditions and other required for the projects and take off quantities for the drafting of BOQ.
-Prepare BOQs, Prequalification documents and other tender documents required for the projects.
-Submit quotations to clients, discussed scope of works with them and respond to their queries regarding the project.
-Assist sales team in receiving inquiries from clients and requesting all required tender documents.
-Assist operations team into preparing a project folder once the project has been awarded to us, compiling all necessary documents such as, contract, drawing plans with indicated scope of works and material lists required.
-Monitoring budget of the project as per the analysis sheet, indicating what is the budget costs allocated for the following costs.
-Monitoring progress of projects and coordinating with site team/engineers in the progress to update drawings and check for possible variations.
-Assist Sr. Quantity Surveyor on preparing cost control reports on projects.
-Find sub contractors for the following scopes in our projects, requesting BOQ, sorting specifications, negotiating with sub-contractors, etc.
-Managing requirements of the sub-contractors for their scopes to ensure they adhere to the requirements/specifications required of the projects.
