Assist in selecting the team staff and conducting interviews as
needed.
Mobilize available Rapid Response Teams in field locations.
Team Management: Provide technical and administrative
assistance to the Community Health Workers' Supervisor and 6
Rapid Response Teams for Cholera Cases in Akkar and T5 areas
Maintain close coordination with other actors at the field level in
North and Akkar areas, WASH actors and protection focal points.
Prepare capacity building trainings and conducting field visits to
monitor field activities
Ensure Social Stability in areas of tension and report to the PHO
and Health Program Coordinator in cases of incidents or tension
on the field.
Support the PHO with stock management of ORS, PPE, and/or
donation kits and ensuring available quantities.
Collect documentation from teams and ensuring adequate Means
of Verification for all field activities and reporting it to the MEAL
department
Support the PHO in programmatic tasks, reporting, target
achievement, surveys and Database management
Leading, organizing and supervising 50 Community Health Workers (CHW) and 4 Team leaders in T5 and
Akkar region
- Building relationships and acting as a focal point for COVID-19 vaccination field activities between the
CHWs, partners, and donors
-Coordinating closely with the CHWs so that the different community-based activities build on each other
-Assessing the training needs of community workers and ensuring that appropriate training is conducted
-Ensuring that data entry forms and templates are used correctly, and data are managed timely and with
high quality
- Overseeing the workflow of the vaccination and monitor the implementation of the activities
- Assisting, supporting and resolving all issues faced during activity implementation.
-Providing support and guidance to the CHW as needed
- Assisting the Senior Health Officer in collecting project performance data and presenting it through
reports
- Reviewing operation budget related to staff salaries and running cost
- Conducting trainings and capacity building sessions efforts as needed within each community
-Under supervision of senior health officer, identifying and recruiting appropriate CHVs it
Assisting in food safety inspection visits and conducting a corrective action plan
- Developing hazard analysis and HACCP plans
- Developing reporting skills
- Assisting in training sessions for client’s employees in order to improve the quality ofservices
- Assisting in different seminars concerning quality improvement of products
- Learning the principles of ISO9001:2015 and preparing a project about it
Updating the procedures of machine cleaning after production based on ISO standards.
- Monitoring the quality aspects of incoming raw materials to the organization and the products that
are ready to be shipped or distributed.
- Inspecting output samples using industry-appropriate methods, such as comparing to standards,
measuring dimensions and examining functionality
- Checking that the assembly and production line adheres to standards and procedures and complying
with legal requirements
- Reviewing blueprints and specifications to compare to produced goods
- Recording inspection results by completing reports, summarizing re-works and wastes and inputting
data into quality database

- Monitoring the use of equipment to ensure it is safe and discard any that do not meet requirements
