During my maternity leave, I focused on maintaining and enhancing my skill set. That involved several online courses, sales and freelance marketing consulting, leadership activities, and continuing education to ensure that I remained up to date on industry happenings.

pricing and productive commission scheme development.
Responsible for a team of 57 staff. 8 direct reports (Branch Managers, Pricing Manager, Marketing Staff, Customer Service, Call Centre, Outbound/Travel Agency Sales and Corporate Sales Team), 5 Rental Branches, 5 “Meet & Greet” locations.
Managed five brands across the Al-Futtaim Automotive division namely: Hertz Rent a Car, Firefly Car Rental, Thrifty Car Rental Oman, Al-Futtaim Vehicle Rental Qatar (AVR), Al-Futtaim Automall (Preowned Vehicle Retailer).
Development and implementation of marketing strategies to create brand awareness, loyalty and support sales to generate increased utilization levels of rental fleet, increase sales for leasing department, limousine and event transportation services.
Drive profitable growth for each business through development and implementation of sales strategies and customer retention plans.
Manage and mentor a team of business development managers and key account managers for B2B, B2C and B2G sales. Development of new business opportunities through product development, marketing activities and lead generation. Identify and generate leads through networking, cold-calling and marketing, converting into key accounts. Product training with an emphasis on product features based on customers' needs and up-sell/cross-sell.
