necessary.
 24/7 Customer Service and Customer Support (Back-end), setting up and data entry of full description
on internal setting.
 Negotiation, organization and approval from client before launching and generating items on the App.
 Preparing quotations and invoices and submit approval to Marketing and Executive Manager.
 Going outdoor to meet clients' needs, requirements and/or physical maintenance if necessary.

• Cold calling, making 100++ outbound calls from outsource agents, and calling potential clients and do direct selling and Customer Service.
• Complete or finish listings for the day and hitting daily target for Sales and Rental
• Collecting information from client and inquiry completely detailed.
• Making sure data are securely, properly managed and well-detailed doing data entry.
• Connecting client to Agent or Landlord on a specific requirement.
• Research for Market price and sales updates using effective property websites

• Coordination and preparing an agency agreement and NOC for the agency and Trakheesi system operating.
• Compiling and publish available properties to different portals through CRM.
• Preparing reservation, quotation and checklist checking from the client.
• Answering phone calls, direct calls, screen calls. Noting messages and convey to the directors.
• Rotating SOP’s and instruction from directors to staff and officers.
• Get in touch of group of Maintenance, for the request of the short-term tenants.

• Greet passengers and ascertain what each of them needs, not just by the open spa but also, information and/or directions around the airport.
• Convincing passengers to get a treatment and services offered while waiting for boarding time. Upselling electronic products after treatment.
• Offering free trial of electronic products if passenger refused to buy any products.
• Processing payments in cash register after treatment, and after daily report, balancing cash drawers, separating cash to card receipts.
