with projected sales of US$ 750, 000 - US$
850, 000.
• Oversee management direction, develop, monitor,
review all branch operations, supply procurement,
revenue management, guest satisfaction for all 5
branches with projected sales of US$ 400, 000 to
US$ 500, 000 monthly.
• Successful pre-opening of Tawar Mall Branch in
Nov 2017 - grew revenue by 70% on projected
sales over 10 months and client retention by 70%.
• In charge of 3 branches of Fairmont Hotels Spas
and Gyms in Nairobi, Masai Mara and Mount
Kenya Safari Resort.
• Directing and leading the day-to-day operations &
finance management which included Fitness
Centre, Spa, Swimming Pool and Pool Restaurant.
• Setting up and launching Kaya Spa & Tribe Gym.
• Instrumental in the successful opening of Kaya Spa
voted by Conde Nast Traveler as amongst 40
Hottest Newest Spas in the World 2011 edition.
• Managing Health & Recreational Centre & Spa
with over 400 members with client retention of
90%.
• Overseeing all aspects of financial management,
customer service, human resources and
performing and managing the day-to-day
operations of the center.
