Coordinating with client and contractor for SIT (system integration test) test.

•Motor Control Panels assembly for different types of AHU’s and fans with different power rating from 1 HP up to 60 HP.
ELV and Security system design contents as assigned together with its follow-up for Authorities and Client's approval. Preparation of Bill of Material. Review of customer inputs for design and detail engineering development.
•Preparing estimation according to the project requirements. Liaising with suppliers / Contractors to ensure adherence to standards and scope of works required by client.
•Perform implementation of an ELV projects and Provide support for maintained/existing clients as well.
•Conducting the Site survey & client meetings. Perform regular site visits to ensure installation standard is satisfactory.
•Liaised with company executives and projects managers to acquire resources to move projects forward.
•Project Execution and Commissioning of systems like CCTV, Access Control system, AV, PA, Structure Cabling, Ex-Proof Cameras, NVR, VMS, Storage and Servers.
•Completed daily construction tasks while ensuring safe working conditions, staying on budget and meeting project deadlines.
•Prepares Drawings, testing and commissioning documents, Method statements, RFI documents for Consultant and Client approval.
•Worked with Honeywell, Alerton Bactalk.
Tower - Hand over/ Takeover of ELV Systems. Preparing snags report for rectification under DLP period. Preparing scope of work document for maintenance contract tendering process.
•Coordination with the technical section, the supplier, and consultant for all project BMS
•Works and revising the related technical submittals.
• Coordination with electromechanical materials suppliers to provide the BMS provisions in their equipment.

•Performs Supervision installation, configuration, integration, testing and Maintenance of CCTV, Fire Alarm System and Access Control System and other Security Systems. Working with Application System by Configuring on Guard Software, Monitoring the Alarm Systems.
•Conduct customer site surveys and provide engineering support, including collecting and recording detailed operational, functional and technical requirements for projects.
