• As Solution Architect of PS BI Solutions from previous assignment, formulated an architectural simplification and TCO reduction strategy for PS BI Landscape. Supply Planning joined in the effort.
• Led a discovery to determine right architectural end state to eliminate silo-ed and duplicated data stores. Recommended to create a shared data repository for the most prevalent data types of Inventory and Demand Forecast

• Led and delivered upgrade of application to be ported over from Kalido to Oracle (ADW) Warehouse in accelerated timing of a month with no downtime
• Established new Data Warehouse Platform with Kalido technology for custom BU specific warehouse developments
• Developed and led several developments of POCs for multiple BUs such as WE Laundry, NA Fabric Enhancers, LA Customer Business Development with global hierarchy customizations with custom nodes and aggregates
• Led the project of designing, developing and implementing the multi-fact integration and reporting of Shipments and Market Measurements data with custom hierarchy maintenance for NA regional reporting across all BUs.
• Designed integration of Shipments and Market Measurements across the global Product and Customer Hierarchies with over 200 million rows of data and 2 years of history
• Reviewed logical/physical design and implementation of SAP BW based SKU Rationalization solution
• Provided solution architectural governance based on Platform and Data Architecture principles
• Part of the founding team that launched the 2nd generation Oracle Global Warehouse in P&G, based in Oracle 10g,
• Led the BI development of the first pilot solution in Siebel Analytics, Finished Product Logistics Cost Reporting for WE with Financial, Shipments, Inventory data sources. This included
o Design of the warehouse and reporting schema for feeds into BI tool metadata and reports
o Leading design and development of the BI tool metadata
o Development of complex 84 reports in two releases
o Performance tuning of the reporting schema and development of aggregate views
• Led the POC of Oracle OLAP from requirements gathering to design, development, testing of two global POS cubes with over 20 million rows of data and expected response time of less than a minute.
• Prototyped an exit-entry workflow for CEEMEA region using DOMEA doc. mgmt. solution based in Java API
• Redeveloped the entire HR section of the external website, increasing traffic by 60%
• Re-launched applications such as the intranet website and competitive information solution increasing usage 10-fold.
• Launched regional Media Planning solution handling millions of dollars of budgets resulting in 4-day productivity savings
• Launched the P&G Webshop offering discounted P&G products to employees resulting in 120K monthly sales
