Assisted in preparing the annual budget circular, budget statement and support MoF budget discussions and projections.
Performed specialized financial reports, and provided technical assistance in the reporting system by assembling spreadsheets and drawing charts using the computer.
Prepared brief management report of actual monthly results to the donor community, inputs to other work streams as required from the head of the budget director.
Represented the Palestinian Governance Facility (PGF) team in the budget department in MoF, coordinated the work with the Oxford Public Management and budget department staff, and prepared oral and written progress report on general activities on monthly basis.
Represented the MoF in the EU-Palestinian National Authority (PNA) Subcommittee of Economic and Financial matters, acted as the coordinator with the EU office in Jerusalem in order to monitor the work of the subcommittee, and prepared reports and presentations for the subcommittee meetings.
Performed several tasks related to sales, marketing, accounting, monitoring the work of other staff and preparing daily, weekly and monthly report for the manager
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly accounting report, daily accounting transaction, control of the small cash, and follow up the payments due from customers and any other tasks asked by the manager.
