Taking care of all kinds of Facility and Maintenance Management such as Civil, Electrical, Mechanical, Plumping, Fire Alarm &Fighting Systems, Landscape, Cleaning, Catering, Security, Storing, Folow up I.T., BioMedical, Laboratories ....etc.
• Management and supervision of maintenance works such as HVAC, Fire Fighting, Fiber Optical Lighting, Master Clock, CCTV, Elevators, Window & General Cleaning, Car Park Gate Barrier, Pneumatic System, Freezer & Cold Rooms, medical & laboratory gas piping system, Outdoor & Indoor Landscaping, security, health and safety procedure, building assets inventory, finalizing contracts, cost estimation, issuing quotes for different level of works etc. ( Facilities and Maintenance Manager )
*Provide single point of contact for tenants in airside facilities to address all FM matters - from regularly scheduled maintenance to adhoc services.
Managing the facilities of the residential and commercial complex and day to day operation in a professional and organized manner.

Be a proactive, takes initiative and meeting timeline
• All Kinds of administration in and out of the field such as planning, surveying, quality control, job execution to satisfy all site needs for materials, equipments, controlling and supervising workers and sub-contractors to follow up the aspect and plans precisely. (project Manager)
• All works concerning Road engineering and Infrastructure such as excavation and backfilling of soil sub-grade, tiles and curbstone works, asphalt works(asphalt concrete type I, II, III&IV) sand mix, prime and tack coat of bitumen, storm water and sanitary sewer utility, fresh and brackish water utility (manholes, gullies, concrete, HDPE, polycrete, ductile pipes in different diameters) pre-cast and casting reinforced concrete.
Taking care of Health, Safety and Environment ( HSE) in the execution of all the engineering works.
