- Working with different projects and sectors as data entry operator. To sort, order, and grouping documents to be ready to enter it using special information systems (according to organization profile or sector' profile).
- Present consultation for creating, maintaining, repairing quality management systems (according to world's wide standards).

- Works with management and functional departments' heads and teams, acting as a focal point regarding control processes and documentation according to QMS ISO 9001, and international best practices.
- Develops / updates business processes and products documents.
-Develops / Updates IT documents for each release includes: system level diagrams, process flow, functions, detailed software specifications, DB architecture, source codes, technical reference manuals, user guides, and online help.
- Adheres to content-development life cycle process, to track on-going work, milestones, deliverables, release notes, and changes.
- Conducts internal audit and assessment on the QMS implementation, to ensure overall compliance.
-Manages, records, and facilitates internal and external enhancement process recommendation, preventive and corrective actions, and provides progress processes' reports.
- Provide awareness and training sessions regarding to QMS and documentation.
-Perform other duties as assigned for special projects or mission that may come up.

Working in the operations section, where we supervise the preparation of documents, scanning, indexing and archiving of the documents submitted by the companies, and using special software, we worked on a variety of projects (Orange Telecom, UNHCR), using special software for scanning and indexing (icapture software).
-Responsible for installing new software and hardware, and check existing equipment, preparing new computers for operation section (installing indexing software).
