• Designed the entire Performance Management framework for the Bank based on setting SMART objectives.
• Conducted awareness sessions about performance appraisal process to spread the performance culture across the in the Bank.
Acted as a focal point of contact with all HR consulting firms regarding all HR projects.
• Acted as a project manager for the job evaluation project to set a new grading structure in the Bank using JobLink tool -the Job Evaluation tool authorized by AONHewitt consulting firm.
• Administered the implementation of the new grading structure to ensure proper implementation of the project results.
• Currently working as team leader in amending the policies and procedures manual to reflect the results of the project accordingly.
• Certified Internal Trainer for Bank of Jordan in the field performance management and HR as a whole; this certificat was gained after attending special training program (Train the Trainer).

ORACLE HRMS:
• Acted as Business Team Lead for ORACLE HRMS - a project to transfer the HR system to the new advanced environment using Oracle HRMS.
• Attended and facilitated comprehnsive workshops to define the Bank’s requiremnts to implement the system including (payroll, HR core), and soon will include (Self Service, Performance Management and Compensationa & Benefits) work bench.
• Participated in the User Acceptance Test (UAT) for Oracle system to ensure full compliance to the Bank’s requireents.
• Substitut Project Manager for the HRMS Project.
