Full responsible to manage Saudi Arabia North region the project level A \{

Manage project level B more than 2000 Sites from the Planning till putting the sites on Air without any alarms
- Project Planning of Execution, Budget, Equipment procurement and Human Resources
Updating project status and to provide a project forecast.
Ensure successful implementation of the rollout by managing and implementation resources under Huawei.
Ensure rollout being carried out in accordance to the quality standards and specification set by Huawei.
Coordination with Planning department, logistics, building managements and project consultants.
Provide implementation plans in order to ensure smooth and timely Implementation of given project.
Reporting to both the Project director and customer on major problems and/or risk during project work and to propose improvement plans for actions.
Responsible for PAT and PAC of sites with the customer.
Main responsible for meeting the PAC and FAC deadlines in line with project KPIs.
Attend project meetings with Project Director covering implementation issues such work procedures, technical, quality and training.
Attend project meeting on related issue between Huawei and customer and provide the technical solution for any minor or major problem on related products rollouts.
Updating Implementation Site Handler milestones.
Controlling sites materials deliveries and performing overall sites inventory.
Ensure Project Cost Control
Leading and supervising the Project Group in achieving project target
Overall project management includes project quality assurance, execution schedule, budgetary control, risk management and subcontractor management
Ensure Deliverables Quality
response to all works from the beginning of the project to the readiness of network element commissioning

Provide services in pre-sales contract support and contract management.
Supporting to the Technical teams for resolving queries from Customer side and manage the relation between all.
Maintain & improve customer relationship.
Ensure effective engineering and Client communications.
Develop and deliver progress reports, requirements documentation, and presentations.
Coach, mentor, motivate and supervise project team members and contractors, and influence them to take positive action and tools for project execution and management.

Supervise the quality of installation on the project and make sure that all the subCon and engineer following the quality requirement strictly
Supervise all the teams to solve all the MW Snags on

R.F. Drive test engineer (DT engineer) in Zain MBB Project
Worked as a Team leader for Drive test group and provide the Solutions for all the Problems that are encountered during all the team of drive test in the field.
Qualified to Making Region test and Provide the Solutions for all the Problems that are encountered during the Test and making the decisions.
Qualified to work Making Cluster test (Mobility test) Provide the Solutions for all the Problems that are encountered during the Test and making the decisions.
Qualified to work Making Single Site Verification (SSV) Reports, (SSV contain RSCP, Ec / Io with idle, Long mode Call with mobility mode … etc), Using Assistant 3.3.
Attempt to provide solutions to some problems that are encountered during the Drive test.
Transmission engineer in Zain MBB Project :
Installed the MW Link (Normal and EXPIC Link ) and configuration the Link with troubleshooting when have any Problem on alignment .
Line Of Sight survey for short and medium haul microwave links.
Transmission site survey for path profiling
Perform technical site survey, site including path profile of the transmission network and verification of Line-of-Sight (LOS).
Work in NDT The position is BSS engineer
