I’m a Product Manager at Bayt.com, the leading online platform for careers in the Middle East. In this role I lead one of the company's main product lines, now known as Talentera - a white-labelled recruitment platform (SaaS). I'm directly overseeing a team of two developers in Dubai along with liaising with a remote team of 5 based in Jordan. I'm responsible for product development, online marketing and international sales of the product.

As a co-founder, I've worn many hats, and played different roles in my career, a developer, marketer, business developer, a product manager. As a result I have a unique ability to craft and build successful business strategies and products.

My responsibilities are:

- Leading the mobile team to create mobile applications and games that reflect the arabic identity.
- Create User Experience for the new products and put its Initial Architecture.

iPad & iPhone lead developer working on the company own Applications, also I am responsible of the hall process of the iOS (iPhone, iPad) development, from sending proposals to companies, putting the design architecture and make sure it matches the UI design, design and build the interface using Xcode Interface Builder, and develop the application using Xcode with its native language Objective C, and test the Application to make sure every thing is fine and matches the requirements.

Since leaving university I have worked on several IT projects, with varying responsibilities and prestige. I have enjoyed playing several roles, either as a team member, a sole developer or a consultant. I have experienced both waterfall and agile methodologies while developing.

My responsibilities included system design, software development, MySQL database administration, releasing code to production environments, publishing on the AppStore, distributing applications to testers through TestFlight, quality assurance and managing Apple development certificates and provisioning profiles.

Key technologies used were the iOS SDK, HTML5 and the LAMP software stack. Key frameworks were Cocoa Touch, PhoneGap, jQuery Mobile and Parse.
Work involved other than development was to interact with clients and understanding/discussing requirements of the projects.

Mobile & .Net System Developer working on large scale projects using .net technology, I was responsible of the development and maintenance of Qatar Ministry Of Economy and Commerce platform, also I developed the Shikha Mozza Website using Microsoft SharePoint. had an excellent experience in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, XML, JSON, XSL, JTemplate, building Web services and web development optimizations.

Also I was one of the first employees who started to work in the mobile department at the company
