Formulating policies and objectives for the Human Resources functions.
Proposing long, medium and short-term strategies to manage activities concerning The Human Resources Departments.
Endorsing balance sheets, the estimated budget and HR department’s
Expenditures and monitoring the financial performance of HR functions in
Coordination with Financial Division.
Endorsing suggested plans and programs so as to achieve expected objectives.
Supervising the preparation of manpower forecasts to project employment needs And efficient manpower planning.
Supervising the development and implementation of manpower planning and Career path development
 Administering the formulation of recruitment, testing and selection policies and Programs and ensuring the application of equal opportunity principle.
Reviewing statistical reports regarding applicant flow, selection, Promotions, Transfers, terminations, turnover and recommending remedial actions when Needed.
Monitoring the implementation of training policies and programs and administering Training needs analysis and assessment.
Overseeing the employee relations programs and policies. In addition of ensuring taht they provide a strong employee-employee relations framework.
Administering the design and updating of the organizational structures,
Recommending on their development and ensuring their proper presentation.
 Supervising the development and implementation of all organizational
Development processes such as performance management functions,
Performance appraisals, organizational structures, human resources planning and All other related issues.
Preparing periodic reports with respect to the department’s activities and
Achievements to be submitted to the Vice President.
