• Set and implement WM Cloud & Emerging Technologies strategy.
• Responsible for researching, assessing and studying the feasibility of cloud and ICT emerging technologies in social marketing and sales areas directly supporting the current and future commercial requirements for WM
• Responsible for researching, assessing and studying the feasibility of cloud and ICT emerging technologies in the areas of customer care and customer services.
• Working with business partners in understanding their requirements and aligning such requirements with emerging technologies.
• Working with the Ooredoo Group to align the WM research and feasibility studies with the OG studies and efforts
• Proposing specific pilots for specific technologies in alignment with business partners and OG.
• Capturing lessons learned and leading knowledge / best-practice sharing in the area of ICT emerging technologies
• Participate in developing roadmap and business cases for new Cloud/ICT Services
• Participate in developing segment-specific offers and value propositions for ICT Solutions based on strategy and the business commercial specific requirements
• Support in articulating portfolio differentiation and value proposition
• Analyze pricing decisions and propose new pricing strategies based on industry best practices and ICT emerging technologies
• Support in building financial models to determine pricing and to validate product offerings and expected returns for Cloud / ICT Services
• Support the BSS project in ensuring that there is alignment between the BSS implementation effort and the future ICT emerging trends specifically in the social marketing and sales areas.
• Support the BSS project in the billing area and ensuring that the BSS implementation is in-line with the WM billing business and IT requirements
• Support the IT department with contract management and ensuring that contracts meet the IT and business requirements.

• Responsible for coordinating for planning and implementation of strategic plans for JAWWAL’s pricing and promotions.
• Insure that the charging and billing functions performance and deliverables are adequate
• Owner of the billing process and its related operations (Billing Operations, QA, Daily Schedule, Billing Table Management, Relationship with banks, Post, Finance, etc.)

• Providing other JAWWAL departments with necessary and vital reports and information to map out the overall strategy for JAWWAL.
• Main duties include database administration, software supervision, business packages setup, the design and analysis of billing statistical reports
• Developing and maintaining the Billing Operations Manual,
• Contact person with Fraud system vendor for implementing and integrate the fraud system with billing and mediation
• Contact person with billing vendors including set up and testing of new releases, ensuring the smooth running of applications, and to fix system bugs.
• Additional duties include monitoring system software, supervising call-processing, billing run and all billing procedures, de-bugging systems and being in-charge of roaming contracts and TADIG testing for all roaming partners.
