Managing Al Araby Media Management Platform Project to discover, architect, and prototype a secure, scalable, performant, and maintainable media platform running on Google Cloud. The outcome of this project will eliminate data silos, complex licensing costs, and operational overhead while delivering a fully integrated, continuously enhanced, ready-to-use cloud-native web portal. Working with Fadaat Media in several initiatives including implementing VOD and OTT services considering the integration with Al Araby Cloud Archiving project with Google Spearhead digital transformation initiatives for Digital Department, with a focus on improving operational efficiency, content creation and distribution, and user experience. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including editorial, marketing, operation, and technology teams, to define and execute digital strategies that align with clients business goals. Conduct needs assessments and gap analysis to identify areas of improvement and develop comprehensive road maps that guide clients digital transformation journeys. Lead internal initiative with cooperation with Fadaat Media to evaluate all digital services technically and financially to streamline all digital services and create an overall roadmap for all digital services. Preparing to implement governance for all digital transformation programs including products, architecture, and operations.

Executive position in Technology & Operations Division (T&O), interfacing directly with the CTO to help bridge his executive vision with the operational leaders in T&O to ensure strategic targets are achieved through the execution of tactical and operational projects and initiatives. Led the implementation of a Game Plan governance system that enabled the CTO to track alignment and progress between Strategy and Project & Initiative execution.
