Contribute to the development, definition, implementation and calibration of the HEMA CSR and Sustainability strategy.
To structure, standardize and align the working methods and processes throughout the HEMA Far East Supply Chain.
To support Suppliers on improving their Supply Chain visibility and transparency but also in solving related problems on a daily base by defining and monitoring the Corrective Action Plans.

• Setting out regional strategy based on the HEMA Head Office (Amsterdam) guidelines
• Bring contribution to develop and adapt the Head Office strategy guidelines to make it practical and realistic on a regional level
• Lead auditors and perform QC Producer Assessments according to HEMA QC Protocol and Social Compliance audits according to BSCI standard.
• Structuring, standardizing and aligning the QA/QC and Social Compliance working methods and processes throughout the HEMA Far East offices and HEMA representative agents in Israel, Pakistan and Turkey.
• Defining and measuring Quality and Social Compliance KPI`s
• Witnessing auditors performing Social audits and Quality producers assessments
• Managing a multicultural team
