Wasit Gas Plant Project

Client: ARAMCO/ Main Contractor: SK Led 20 workers of calibration shop and field troubleshooting and 70+ workers including engineers for site execution. Executed and supervised site activities including DCS/ESD system installation, field control devices connection, valves setting up as well as air compressor connection to pneumatic and air valves. Interacted with client to coordinate the progress of work. Implemented activities as per project specification/requirement and QS/HSE policies.
• Reduced calibration time-consuming for ~10K instruments by executing process to follow by professional technicians, along with instrument/valve distribution based on calibration setting/available measuring tools.
• Conducted 100% function test for more than 150 control systems.
• Directed site logistics and material controlling.

Ras Al khair Power Plant Project

Client: SALINE WATER CONVERSION CORPORATION/ Main Contractor: SEPCOIII
Acted as E&I construction manager and company representative for the given assignments including scope estimation, planning and cost controlling. Led client negotiation and provided coordination. Developed and improved project plan and milestone date of construction activities. Evaluated performance measures and completed work logs, while tracking work requests. Ensured proper construction compliance with project documentations and client standards.
• Won a $2M contract through changing order and new scope/task.
• Claimed more than $1.5M of the additional work and change orders; built claims based on consumed manhours per trade in addition to logistics, equipment, and consumed material/BOQ.
• Followed project quality standards as well as implemented various stages of workflow using quality tools.

Princess Nora Bint Abdulrahman University Project (LEED BD+C)

Client: Ministry of Finance - KSA/ Consultant: Dar Al-Handasah
Managed, designed, and installed instrumentation/electrical capital projects. Coordinated electrical and instrumentation design needs of site production units, specification of control systems, and required equipment. Oversaw design of instrument loops and electrical schematics, updating electrical one-line diagrams, and supervising project start-ups.
• Installed and Built more than 3000 meter of cable tray.
• Spearheaded low current system (patch panel, PA/GA, CCTV, master clock, telephone, and network distribution), Fire alarm system and cable management.
• Led testing and system pre-commissioning, final handover with shop drawing and as built review/submission.
• Pulled and connect more than 150K of control and power cables.

Khursaniyah Producing Facilities Project

Client: ARAMCO/ Main Contractor: Snamprogetti
• Responsibilities:
o Organizing, analyzing, and build a plane for job activities
