• Centralized Reporting & Metrics - EMEA
o Financial budgeting for EMEA Real Estate projects like buildouts, restacks & upgrades
o Financial tracking of project related costs in internal systems and reconciliation of expenditure
o Processing project orders and payments in the ARIBA system
o Recording and reporting of Capital Plan related to Real Estate projects
o Assist with analysis of Actual vs Budget expenditure on project budgets including travel spend
o Provide support and assist with expense tracking and reporting of project costs
o Perform variance analysis and obtain explanations for significant drivers
o Drive regional consistency in expense booking procedures and allocation methodologies
o Produce various cost and headcount related reports across Corporate Services globally; examples include contingent and project spend reporting
o Consolidate data from multiple vendors to produce quarterly vendor Key Performance Indicator reports
o Review and streamline regional reporting to ensure global consistency
o Maintain SharePoint sites to house key reports to be shared with management
o Foster working partnerships with BBM and functional groups

Risk Oversight & Control
o Maintain and enhance the reporting of Risk related issues and events. Support the creation of important and sensitive reports for the control committees, the Board and regulators
o Help conduct RCSA process in different business units and reduce the risk within the process
o Execute process reviews with data from various stakeholders and analyze the data to identify breaks and provide recommendations for improvements
o Evaluate, analyze and track open issues and action plans to ensure progress is being made towards planned completion dates
o Assist the Risk Control O&C group on specific cross function initiatives and projects
Risk Reporting
o Engaging with all the line of businesses to gather data, collate, and normalize to meet the C-level reporting
o Setting up risk structures and data sets in the system
o Creation of Tableau reports for different line of businesses based on senior management requirements
Robotics
o Engaging with the technology team to explain business and functional requirements for creation of BOTs
o Performed end-to-end schedule bound UAT and Production testing
o Creation of Robotics Governance Protocol enlisting regulations around robotics process
Achievements -
o In 2016 I was part of the team which received an award for migrating the Firmwide operational risk reporting system

o Prepare business plans including annual operational plans, periodic forecasts, strategic plans, and product introduction financial plans
o Prepare financial plans & operational projections and presenting the same to the higher level management
o Provide timely reports of variances between actual results and forecasts/budgets
o Develop and generate financial reports - both routine as well as ad-hoc
o Summarize conclusions from financial analysis on a pro-active basis & provide key takeaways to senior management & business units
o Assisted in preparing Financial Statement & presenting financial presentations to the senior management of Fourcee as well lenders of the company
o Other roles - Identifying potential market trends, various analysis, ratio analysis, maintaining minutes for JLF, feasibility reports etc.
