Roles Across the Career
•Spearheading warehouse operations, evaluating work performance, maintaining clean & safe environment, monitoring purchase, receipt, inspection, storage, cataloguing, inventory and distribution of stock, working on production coordination, transportation, direct-indirect distribution, sales accounting & stock inventory and implemented FIFO System
•Reconciling sub-contracting challans, stock transfer order for inter-unit transfer, transfer price entry, FG Re-warehouse procedure
•Driving Continuous Process Improvement (CPI) Process by managing and directing supply chain scorecard for the region
•Leading incoming & outgoing material activities to ensure accuracy, completeness & quality of material; participating in review of specification updates and spearheading activities of inventory control group to determine delivery requirements
•Administering the inventory management operations; supervising MSL (minimum stock level) and inventory at service center's stock and company warehouse with focus on improvising replenishment of key repair parts timely
•Managing standardized receiving, stocking, checking and housekeeping procedures; ensured adherence to store SOPs
•Conceptualizing high-level implementation plans, and determined future logistics organizational structure & support and conducting process audits to ensure Delivery-in-Full (DIF) and Delivery-on-Time (DOT)
•Ensuring First In First Out (FIFO) / Last In First Out (LIFO) for all products with eficient storage of materials and spare parts according to the quality measures and procedures
•Steering overall responsibility for stores, material inward, outward and inventory system (i.e. resolve the discrepancies, if any observed in receipt & documentation) consumables, keeping in view consumption and lead time for procurement
•Developing company's inventory management process with aim of controlling costs within budgetary limits
•Monitoring stock allocation, stock transfer in & out confirmations are done on daily basis; kept a vigil at stock and checked ageing and damage stock on monthly basis & taking necessary action on the same
•Creating new Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) covering all operational activities; reorganized warehouse layout by product category for achieving optimum eficiency
•Maintaining physical condition of warehouse by planning and implementing new design layouts; inspected equipment; issuing work orders for repair and requisitions for replacement
•Reviewing & validating necessary reports & documentation such as tracking the Purchase Order (PO), DO (Delivery Order), ADPR (Actual delivery position report) ratio report, stock, Dispatch Eficiency Evaluation Report, dispatch capacity support report, Space Capacity Utilization Analysis, Inventory control report, TAT report, Aging Report, gross and net variance track report, quality performance report maintained dispatch reports and sending to the higher authority for stakeholder visibility
