• Receive completed documentation packs from booking clerk to process• Check that all signatures are reflected on manifests• Process and check pricing on Pastel Evolution against SLA agreements• Process supplier invoices for landfill, check pricing is correct• Process all external labor costs for customers, create sales orders for overtime• Oversee recyclable loading and that all scheduled collections are completed and loaded onto ilink within the 2 day lag time.• Follow up with BWTS if any delays or issues arise with a lift.• Oversee Booking clerk that all scheduled lifts are completed; investigate any delays or issues that may arise, Checking & receiving completed documentation from BWTS & sub-contractors. BWTS documentation should be received within 24hrs of collection being done, documents with queries & problems should be handed in within 48hrs. Sub-contractor documentation should be received within 48hrs of collection, if collection not done within 48hrs, manifest must be cancelled & collection must be re-booked.• Complete month end procedures All costs are processed for the month All invoicing is processed on both SLA and stock customers Complete accrual lists Stock recon completed
 Burn client packs to disc at month-end. Distribute packs to clients before the 07th of every month.
