Weekly and daily checking of oil usage and preparing reports.
Receiving, resolving and reporting employees’ comments and complaints.
Responsible for reporting and following up on main kitchen equipment service and maintenance, while following ADCO security procedure.
Handling ADCO Automated Catering services system where all private functions and company catering requests are received and menus are modified.
Checking and verifying Monthly bill records and modifying/reporting discrepancies.
Ensuring that all catering staff are abiding by ADCO food hygiene policy and following the HAACP and ISO principles.
Provide awareness sessions to all kitchen staff, waiters and cleaners to ensure safe food and good service.
Preparing weekly and monthly inspection reports (All kitchens and canteens) sometimes joined by the safety Department.
Investigating, reporting and resolving all food related incidents.
Requesting security passes for new ADCO Employees through the Security system.
