Preparing several diverse menus (Daily Menus, Falcon club restaurant daily menu, take away, Thursday theme night, external events’ menus, Etc.…)
Adding healthy Options to our buffet menu and office snacks.
Carry out routine spot check and inspection for all ADCO catering facilities including all the villas inside Adco Compound and providing for all their catering needs.
Responsible for checking all delivery items (such as fruit, vegetables, fresh meat, poultry, fish, dairy products, dry items, disposable items, cleaning chemicals also equipment’s such as cutleries, tables, chairs …) and issuing materials to Main kitchen all canteens.
Checking Dry store and monitoring FIFO procedure.
Weekly and daily checking of oil usage and preparing reports.
Receiving, resolving and reporting employees’ comments and complaints.
Responsible for reporting and following up on main kitchen equipment service and maintenance, while following ADCO security procedure.
Handling ADCO Automated Catering services system where all private functions and company catering requests are received and menus are modified.
Checking and verifying Monthly bill records and modifying/reporting discrepancies.
Ensuring that all catering staff are abiding by ADCO food hygiene policy and following the HAACP and ISO principles.
Provide awareness sessions to all kitchen staff, waiters and cleaners to ensure safe food and good service.
Preparing weekly and monthly inspection reports (All kitchens and canteens) sometimes joined by the safety Department.
Investigating, reporting and resolving all food related incidents.
Requesting security passes for new ADCO Employees through the Security system.
Consulting with clients, preparing a full body analysis, and preparing diet plans accordingly.
Providing clients with advise and practical information on changing their lifestyles.
Following up on the progress of clients and motivating them.
Same duties as above, in addition to:
Marketing different slimming and beauty packages based on clients’ needs.
Supervising the preparation and serving of meals.
Helping clients to make informed & practical choices about their food & health choices.
Advising healthcare professionals, catering staff & nurses on nutritional matters.
Assessing, treating and evaluating patients referred to the Dietetic Service.
Ensuring that each patient has an individually tailored care plan to meet his needs.
Involved in the dietary treatment of disease and health conditions.
Liaising with nursing & catering staff to provide special therapeutic diets and feeds.
Undertaking comprehensive assessment of a patients’ nutritional condition.
Involved in the formulation of departmental policies, standards and procedures.
Contacting patients on an outpatient basis to ensure compliance of diet.
Managing the weight of overweight patients.
Collecting patient data for surveys, analyzing it and producing reports.
