• Leading payroll team for Kuwait region
• Monitoring Payroll movements during payroll time and upon closure of month.
• Ensuring the correct costings of all employees across group companies
• Management reports, statics and trends related to payroll costs, direct and indirect employee related expenses.
• Monitoring system movements including data pooling of T&A, short term leaves (official / personal), absents, all kind of leave transactions, batch transactions, payroll earnings and deductions. Payroll process and closure of month.
• Liaising with finance, IT and MenaITech with regards to financial integration.
• Designing and developing GL structures based on each company’s request (different in each subsidy): Salary JV, Off Cycle payments, Leave provisions, EOS provision
• Incorporation of Grades, JDs, functional workflows, authority matrix, standardizing HR functional forms / Certificates specimens as provided / approved by HRM.
• Incorporation of Manpower planning and recruitment cycle in MenaITech as advised by HRM.
• Preparing audit reports and coordinating with internal and external auditors.
• Coordinating with implementation team and implementing probationary assessments, training, business travel and annual appraisal module.
• Defining Work flow and setup of Employee Self Service Portal (MenaME).
• Supporting, reconciling and confirming employee statements and correctness of records and necessary data migration from Dynamics to Mena as applicable.
• Coordinating Data collection from all companies across Kuwait and overseas, collating and compiling details from end users pertaining HRMS/ERP. Data cleanup and upload in New HRMS (MenaITech)
• Coordinating with project implementation team and end users to customize the application based on company policy and procedures
• Delegation of end user access based on their day to day tasks, systemizing and defining authority matrix based on organizational workflow.

• End to end payroll processing of group companies (Kuwait, KSA, UAE and Qatar).

• Calculation and processing of end of service benefits payments.
