Roles and Responsibilities
• Prepare Sales Reports, Delivery reports, Brand Performance Analysis Reports and financial reports on weekly basis for Trade Meetings.
• Interact with store team, understand their requirement and performance of products. Also, research on the price for each product in a competitor store in the market.
• Follow up and chase suppliers for ready stock.
• Deal with non-supplied, under orders, over orders, short Handed and damaged goods.
• General analysis such as category analysis, margin analysis, etc. on the Best Performing Brands, Product demand, etc. Present a report to the buying team for the next order.
• Follow up with financial department to ensure payment released on time.
• Communicate with financial department and suppliers to solve any conflicts regarding supplier SOA (Statement of Account).
• Prepare and update on daily basis the follow up sheet to track the status of any purchase order.
• Create Forecast for sales and upcoming goods.
• Prepare shipments follow up sheet and follow up with foreign suppliers/forwarders shipping status starting from ready for shipping till arrival of goods to warehouse.
