* Responsible for leave settlement & final settlement of employees
* Update and maintain, accurate Employee Master Data on a regular basis.
* Follow up with PRO for medical & finger print tests of new workers for visa stamping.
* Alert concerned personnel, for a timely stamping and renewal of work permits.
* Responsible for arranging Air Tickets of employees. Liaise promptly with approved Travel agent to purchase Tickets at best available rate.
* Arrange and maintain employee Leave Application, Travel Request Form, Exit Permits and cancellation of RP

Monitoring and recording of daily attendance of staff at office and workers at various sites. Circulate the absent list of workers to higher management and to take appropriate action to reduce absenteeism by communicating with workers, camp-in-charge and external suppliers.
Support HR Associate in totaling and checking the accuracy of Project Time Cards and preparation of monthly Time Sheets of allotted projects, in accordance with the agreed rates and terms.
Arranging Gate pass of workers at various sites and prompt communication with client, camp-in-charge and suppliers/subcontractors for all related matters.
Preparation and issuance of new Time cards to each project at the beginning of the month.
Preparation of payment vouchers, cheques and maintaining a summary sheet of cheques and related details. Safe keeping & Issuance of Cheques.
Control the issue process of PPE items to workers in coordination with Camp Boss.
Prepare salary increment details of Workers as per Company policy and get it approved by senior management on a monthly basis.
Arrange and maintain employee Leave Application, Travel Request Form, Exit Permits and cancellation of work permits.
Responsible for arranging Air Tickets of employees. Liaise promptly with approved Travel agent to purchase Tickets at best available rate. Ensure that refunds are collected for cancelled Tickets.
Prepare, update and timely issuance of following reports to senior management on a periodical and regular basis.
Employee Master Data, Mobilization and Demobilization Report, Accommodation Details, Office & Camp Rental Details, Insurance Policy Details, Vehicle Details, Transportation Details, Any other ad-hoc reports as and when required by the senior management.
Assisting Operations officer in the preparation of Sub Contract Agreements and to get it signed off by all parties.
Correspondence generation, distribution and filing of documents in a systematic manner.
Receive all external correspondences, invoices, documents etc and distribute to concerned staff.
Recruitment of Employees.
Provides communication systems by identifying needs, evaluating options, maintaining equipment, approving invoices.
