• Collection of documents and rental payment.
• Issuing of Tax invoices and proforma invoices.
• Marketing the vacant units on various web portals.
• Arranging photo shoot for the vacant units.
• Negotiation of rental increases and renewals along with the renewals terms.
• Preparing weekly and monthly reports (Pending renewals / cheque bounced / Vacant units).
• Ejari registration and Sharjah municipality registration.
• Preparing tenancy contracts in line with the terms and conditions as per the landlord

 Handling all medical and life insurance claims.
 Follow up the settlement from insurers and communicate the same to clients
 Explaining benefits/exclusions of the policy to clients
 Communicate updated network to clients
 Preparing reports and comparison of benefits/exclusions
 Cross selling and living up HSBC brand
 Arrange Inpatient approval
 Follow up the suspended claims from clients and pending claims from insurers
