• Responsible for operations in the printing and delivery of health card products to a diverse client base.
• Updates beneficiary data using the census management software of the company.
• Records & Updates Table of Benefits and map the same with respective Product in the system for ready reference.
• Set up and validates the Policy once process is complete after premium confirmation
• Submits reports/summary including premiums on each and every batch of addition and deletion of members to insurance companies.
• Coordinates with insurance companies ensuring their policy members’ data status are updated.
• Responsible in creating and customizing insurance card design and templates using Crystal Reports.
• Monitor available stocks of the department’s inventory of blank cards and ribbons
• Design and upload card templates for client’s specification
• Follow Policies & Procedures as per NAS accredited standards and get approval from HOD for deviations
• Oversee and maintain smooth operation of Production Dept. in the absence of Manager / Supervisor

• Preparing Soil Investigation and Geophysical reports for various clients
• Ensures proper safekeeping of technical documents and good quality of work output.
Other duties include the following:
• PC assembly, OS/software installation and configuration.
• Perform PC Troubleshooting and Virus Monitoring.
• Inventory and documentation of the company’s IT assets.
• Perform Level 1 and Level 2 Tech Support to the end users.
