 Drive and oversee all employee relations initiatives across Saadiyat Island and all TDIC projects.
 Implement TDIC’s Employee relation program called Employment practices policy (EPP).

 Providing advice, counseling and guidance to all levels of management and staff on company
policies and procedures.

Responsibilities include:
 Develop and maintain an Induction Plan for new staff which brings all areas of the business
together.
 Responsible for training in English, Hindi and Malayalam languages all across Abu Dhabi region.
 Deliver Orientation, Refresher Classroom Trainings and effective sales training incorporating the
latest equipment’s like visual aids, videos, PowerPoint’s etc.
 Design and develop Training Calendar for Internal and External trainings, for the year ahead for all
designations within the company, according to the needs of the business.
 Maintain close communication with managers and staff to discuss training needs and to ensure that
they are fully aware of the internal and external training and development opportunities available.
 Amend and revise training programs as necessary, in order to adapt to the changes that occur in the
work environment.
 Research and keep up to date with developments in training by reading relevant journals, extensive
website research and attending relevant courses.
 Maintain and update the HR library with the latest books and CD’s available.
 Identify training and development needs within the organization through Job Analysis, Appraisal

 Design and develop the Training Forms as required and schedule the Trainings for the staff in
coordination with Line Managers.
 Coordinate all necessary Administrative Arrangements for the successful running of in-house
training courses.
 Prepare Training MIS reports and update the records regularly according to ISO requirements.
 Maintain staff attendance records for the training programs and evaluate each training program and
report to Department Managers.
 Coordinate with all Department heads for the changes and developments within their departments
to be incorporated in the Induction Program.
 Coordinate with Local and Regional Training providers on the Training subjects and entire
procedure of External training beginning from Course Registration till the Training Evaluation
reports.
 Maintain an up-to-date and accurate database of training providers and their course programs.
 Evaluate, assess and monitor staff performance, recommend training and development
opportunities, and conduct disciplinary activities as necessary.
 Investigate and prepare reports for corrective action on employee’s misconduct, performance
problem and dispute resolution.
 Undertake other HR duties and responsibilities as and when required.
