Heading the Projects Execution & Support, Tendering, Cost Control & Planning Departments of the company

Liaison with Clients, Consultants and other Contractors regarding new projects, EPC contracts and Joint Ventures.
Managing the Q.S & Estimation activities with full responsibility for preparation and submission of techno commercial offers/bid for all tenders, attend tender negotiations and take decisions on behalf of the company.
Managing Cost Control & Project Planning Wing with overall responsibility for preparation, submission of construction programmes (schedules), monitoring of project progress and updating of construction programs in Primavera for all projects of the company.
Implementing, maintaining and monitoring the continued suitability of the company QHSE policy and Integrated Management System (IMS) certified to ISO : 9001, 14001 & OHSAS 18001 as Management Representative. Played the key role in formulating the whole IMS system and getting it certified as per the ISO standards
Scheduling and conducting Quality & HSE audits, Management Review Meetings etc. Analyze the findings and recommend corrective/preventive actions.

Functions & Responsibilities: • Project Manager of two prestigious projects of the company -
• Construction of 60 Villas, Club House, other Amenities with Roads, Water
supply & Irrigation and Drainage network for Almana Group
• Construction of Canteen Building for RasGas company limited, which is the largest exporter of Natural Gas & LPG
• Managed the projects from start to finish leading a good team of experienced
engineers, experts and specialist subcontractors to complete the projects on time with high quality and observing all the stringent safety and environmental
regulations and procedures with zero LTI.
• Prepare the MTO, budget and monitor the expenditure to ensure the cost control on the project.
• Prepare the project deliverables like PEP, PQP, HSE Plan, Method Statements,
ITP, Submittal logs and adhering to them.
• Identifying the long lead items and expediting the procurement and delivery.

implementation/execution and commissioning of more than a hundred prestigious

industrial buildings, showrooms, roads & infrastructure projects, sanitation projects

Hospital buildings in Kozhikode - 12 Hospitals including District, Taluk, Community & primary hospitals with OP / IP wards, inspection/ preparation and processing rooms, operation theatres, emergency, mortuary, office rooms, canteens, rest rooms etc.
Construction of various office buildings in and around Kozhikode for Govt., semi Govt. and private clients.
Research Laboratories for Central Govt. Agencies - Indian Institute of Spices Research, Central Marine Research Institute, two premium research institutions. The projects included construction of different laboratories, guest houses, information centres, offices, marine storage sumps & OH tanks, aquarium, canteen etc.
