• Lead and manage warehouse, quality, and production staff to maintain and enhance systems, workflow, and operation processes to ensure efficient operation and drive continuous improvement and optimization of processes.
• Supervise the Food Safety Team and confirm that processes required for the Food safety management system are established, executed, and maintained.
• Make the organization requirement programs and ensure that PRPs is implemented.
• Responsible for Quality Assurance of Fresh Fruits and Vegetables.
• Ensure the nonconformity and determine the disposition of nonconforming materials.
• Responsible for Quality Assurance, Regulatory audits, Health & Safety.
• Responsible for Conducting Health & Safety, Basic Food Hygiene training for the employees.
• Document internal audits and other quality assurance activities.
• Investigate customer complaints, non-conformance issues and conduct routine market evaluation.

• Providing food safety regulatory compliance advice to the top management and reporting the outcomes of quality activities.
• Evaluate adequacy of quality assurance standards

•Conducts routine food safety audits based on regulatory food safety guidelines and requirements and internal company standards.
•Continuous QA stock inspection of the cold storages.
•Updating HACCP, Prerequisite programs, operational prerequisite programs and GMP.
•Developing HACCP plan for new projects and implementing continuous improvement for QA Protocols.
•Conducting Quality Policy/Objectives/KPI/GMP/Food safety training and coordinating sanitation programs.
•Monitoring the Process CCP, OPRP and PRP.
•Monitor and support all Food Safety Program activity by using trend analysis.
•Conducting Internal Food Safety Audit and supplier audits.

• Prepare, implement and conduct sampling plans for environmental microbiological monitoring activities.
• Conducting necessary training Programs including Quality Policy/Objectives/KPI/GMP/GHP and HACCP wherever necessary.
• Investigate external and internal complaints. Documentation and record keeping (QMS, FSMS and HACCP).
• Participating Management review Meetings.

•Monitoring the Production/Packing is carried out with the prescribed SOP & GMP.
•Monitoring the Process CCP, OPRP and PRP.
•Maintenance of Traceability of Individual process from Reception to finished products.
•Maintaining the product quality and recording the same.
•Coordinating with Maintenance /Production and Stores about the Quality of Products.
•Conducting necessary training Programs including Quality Policy/Objectives/GMP/GHP and HACCP wherever necessary.
•Coordinate with external auditors/certification body for Surveillance Audits.
•Conduct food safety audits, supplier evaluation & audits
•Investigate, find solutions, and implement remedies to quality issues and complaints.
•Training food handlers on Basic Food Safety/Hygiene Practices and Basic HACCP Principles.
