+ Troubleshooting issues on Servers/Laptops/Desktops/Peripherals
+ Creating POs in SAP for the purchases as per project requirement
+ Installing software licenses as per project requirement
+ Enhancing interface between Engineering Services Business & IT department
+ Auditing of IT assets & ensuring availability
+ Representing IT department in inter-departmental conferences & presentations
+ Responsible for the smooth functioning of the department
+ Installation, troubleshooting, maintenance and upgrading of computers
+ Taking care of all software and hardware requirements
+ Coordinating and supervising all IT functions in the organization
